This new range has been lovingly sous vide for 12 hours, cooked to perfection, so all you need to do is pop them in the oven when you get in the door. Our Roasted Garlic, Star Anise & Fennel is wonderfully tender and succulent, with a zippy kick of flavour thanks to a handful of fragrant spices. This melt-in-your-mouth pork belly is great with seasonal vegetables and mash or alternative slice into an Asian style stir fry.
This slow cooked pork range gives you social, celebratory food with all the hard work taken out. Pork is a national treasure and this is pork at its best. They serve between 2 – 6 people depending on how you decide to serve and how hungry you all are!
