Who are Helen Browning's Organic?

All about us.

Helen Browning's family has been farming at Eastbrook Farm in Wiltshire since 1950, with Helen at the helm since 1986 when the farm was converted to organic. Over the years Helen has become famous for her pigs, and our delicious organic pork products are available to buy right across the UK. At the heart of everything we do is our ethos: to do the best we can by people and the environment. But we don't stop with the farm, we also run the pub in our local village, The Royal Oak, which has become famous in the area as a high quality eatery with a focus on local produce, including our own produce. We also run a restaurant, The Chop House in Swindon's Old Town, which has rapidly joined the Royal Oak in gaining a reputation for excellent food and drink, coupled with a warm and friendly welcome. Booking is highly advised! Most recently we were delighted to partner with local brewery Arkells to convert the second pub in the village of Bishopstone into a 12 bedroomed boutique hotel. Recently many of our guests have been asking whether they can purchase the items and artwork we use in our hotel, pub and restaurant, and we are delighted to bring you Helen Browning's Organic online shop. We are working hard on fresh food delivery, and hope to be able to share even more of our fabulous produce with you very soon.

My Account With Helen Browning's Organics.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

When you log in we ask you to enter your password for security. If you have forgotten your password select the "Do not have a password?" option on the sign in page, we will then ask you for your email address and email you a link so that you can change your password. Please note that we require our passwords to be at least 10 characters long and contain a mixture of lower case letters, capital letters, numbers and special characters (e.g. @, #, %, &). 

Why should I register for an Account?

By registering online with Helen Brownings Organics Online Shop we can keep you informed with order confirmation and despatch emails and you can login at any time to see your order history and the status of your current order.

How do I change my personal details?

Simply log into your account using the Customer Login link at the top of the website and click on the Edit Profile tab.

How do I unsubscribe from your email list?

If you no longer wish to receive details of our special offers and promotions, simply send an email to [email protected] confirming that you wish to be removed from the emailing list. Please make sure that you send the request from the email address that you want to unsubscribe.

Delivery information

How long will it take my order to reach me?

Items we have in stock are usually delivered within 5 days. Some items come directly from one of our specialist suppliers and may take up to 10 days to arrive. We will have informed you of this longer delivery time when you placed the order.

Can I send an order to a different delivery address?

We are are happy to despatch to alternative addresses.

I’m ordering several items: will they arrive at the same time?

Where possible, we despatch items as soon as they are available, so if you have ordered more than one item your parcels may arrive separately.

Do I have to pay a separate delivery charge on every item I order?

No. There is only one, flat rate charge for standard delivery no matter how many items you order.

What happens if I am not at home when your courier calls?

We currently use Royal Mail to despatch our parcels. If you are not at home when they attempt to deliver then they will leave a card indicating where and when you can collect your item.

Is there a surcharge to deliver to certain addresses?

We are able to deliver most items to most UK addresses for the same price as long as they weigh less than 20kg and we are unable to pack them into a box measuring 60x45x45 cm. Otherwise we may have to charge supplemental postage, particularly to outlying areas including, Northern Ireland, Highland & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands. 
 

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Please contact us at [email protected] to get an international delivery quote.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

Yes, but please ensure that the delivery address is clearly marked.

Can I recycle my packaging?

Wherever possible, Helen Browning's Organics is commited to using recycled and recyclable waste. As part of our commitment to this policy we re-use packaging where possible to minimise the amount which is wasted in our business

Where's My Order?

How can I find out where my order is?

We will send you an email to let you know when we have posted your order to you. Most orders should arrive in between 5-10 days

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived after 21 days?

Returns and Refunds

If you’re not happy with your purchase, please return it to us unused and in its original packaging within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Unless faulty we are unable to accept returns on items that have been made specially for you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

On receipt of your returned item we will credit the full value of the item to the payment card or Paypal account used to purchase the item, excluding any shipping costs. Please note that we can not usually pay for the cost of returning the item unless the item is damaged or faulty. Returned parcels remain the responsibilty of the customer until received by us and we recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting or, if the goods are of high value, use a tracked delivery service. We regret that we are unable to process replacements or refunds until the original items have been received back with us.  Please note that, although usually much quicker, credit card refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed by your bank. 

Customised items

We regret that we are unable to accept returns on items that have been made or customised especially for you.

How to return an item

Making a return is easy, and you may return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, replacement or exchange.

Initially please email us at [email protected] so that we can email you a returns form to enclose in your package, and so we know to expect your return. Then,
  1. Complete the returns form stating the reason for your return.

  2. Enclose the form in the parcel. Note that goods should be returned unused and in their original packaging.

  3. Take to the post office/parcelshop and retain proof of postage.
